How does the coffee subscription work?
Each month, we curate a selection of single-origin beans from a new country. You choose your roast preference and delivery frequency, and we handle the rest, including brewing tips and tasting notes for every batch.
Is the coffee freshly roasted?
Absolutely. We roast our beans in small batches and ship them immediately to ensure you receive your coffee at the peak of freshness and flavor.
Can I skip a month or cancel my subscription?
Yes, you have full control over your account. You can skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or cancel your subscription at any time through your member portal.
Do you offer ground coffee or just whole bean?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose 'Ground' if you prefer the convenience of coffee ready for your drip machine or French press.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your subscription plan.
